Big meadows is in the middle of Shenandoah National Forest directly on the skyline drive. There is a fee per vehicle to enter the park which gives you access for one week. Enter the park at the Thornton Gap entrance on Route 211 in Luray. Travel south on the drive and you will arrive at Big Meadows after a beautiful ride along Skyline Dr. You can also enter the park at the Swift run Gap entrance on Route 33 and travel North on Skyline Drive. The actual address is mile 51.2 Skyline Drive Stanley Virginia 22851

Agree with Richard! Upon entering the park you can receive a park map. Big Meadows campground is located at mile marker 51.2 on Skyline drive and then signs direct you to the actual campsite where you can check in!

Just go to the park entrance. They will direct you.
