Current address and ID
You qualify for a medium food box. I can't speak to Salvation Army in particular, most emergency food pantries requires some I'd for Every Person in the family, regardless of age. The first time you go, I would be prepared with a packet of birth certificates or some form of ID for all your family members. If the address on your personal state or federal law issues ID is not current, you will definitely need some mail with your current address.
ID will be enough the first time you visit. If they need more information they will ask you to bring it along next time.
You just have to bring your Id and proof of address for all residents over 18 you go in and fill it it some paperwork and they give you your food box
Probably just ID or utility bill with your current address
