Employee closing the night of 7/25 lied to my partner and I that the computer “doesn’t allowing trade ins after 8:30.” Which is a complete lie, considering the fact that one of us is a former employee. Gave us some story about how the headquarters are in Texas and can’t process trade ins after that exact time? If you were too lazy or already counted your cash for the night and didn’t want to do the trade fine, but lying to customers about the reason is pretty slimy.

The owner of the store was the kindest person I’ve ever dealt with at GameStop. I sold my phone and he was extremely accommodating and worked hard to get me the best deal possible. The girl who works there with him was also very nice. I will definitely be making that my GameStop home store from now on

We experienced the worst customer service. We inquired on the phone about a nintendo switch for our sons birthday and had it held for pick up at 279.99- once we arrived at the store not even a half of an hour later, the associate said they weren't the ones to answer the phone but were standing right there and that wasn't the price they quoted me. I asked to talk to a manager because even if we did misunderstand something, that was rude. The manager just said he didn't know what experience I had but the price is the price. That's awesome but your customer service is the worst. I bought my gaming system elsewhere.

Gavin and Henry are both fantastic! Fun, polite and knowledgeable. Great service. Saved me $200 over Amazon on Xbox Series S for Grandson. Highly recommend this store/these guys!
