so what I find stupid is that you need your parents ID, driver's license and need her to sign papers just to trade in a game like why can't I just trade it in and have it take 10 minutes not 3 days

Those are just micro USB cords, you can get them anywhere and for cheaper online or at Walmart. But yes they have them
