Go to the service desk. If you don't have a receipt they'll give you store credit.
You don't need receipt they will give you in store credit on a card
Go back to customer service, by the way if you use a credit card, they will look it up if you don't have the receipt.
You can return it with or without a receipt with the receipt you can get your money back but without the receipt you can only get an in-store credit must go to customer service
