Walk to the other side of the parking lot from this point and cross a paved road until you find the plaque which reads Rattlesnake Ledge Trail. It is approximately 5 minutes of walk (0.8 mile) from this trailhead.
Drive to the parking area, then there is a dirt road that takes you to the trailhead on the other side of the lake, everything is well marked.
