Easy/moderate hike. View from the summit is gorgeous. Highly recommend reaching early in the morning as after 9:00am the trail gets pretty crowded and the parking (including overflow lot) gets filled up.

Amazing views for the shortest hike. Beautiful clear lake in the midst. It was a solo hike but a great one. Met amazing people up at the summit. Although the weather forecasted rainy it was beautiful once I got to the top. Definitely recommended. It’s more of an easy hike than moderate.

This hike was recommended to us by someone we know and were definitely impressed by the scenery! Went there late afternoon on a Saturday and we were surprised to find parking spot without much effort. The trail was not too packed, contrary as to what we expected. The hike is mostly uphill and somewhat slippery at few spots, so good hiking shoes can come in handy. The trail is well maintained and the sounds of waterfall along the way is very therapeutic. A good workout overall and the views on the top are very rewarding and will definitely not disappoint you!

We went on a very clear beautiful Sunday (it was very foggy in Seattle though, so make sure you look at the weather in North Bend WA for more accurate weather of the trail). We left on the earlier side and got there around 8am, not much foot traffic going up, did see some people who probably did sunrise hikes going down. It was absolutely beautiful, a moderate hike lots of uphill but nothing too steep and well with it. The peak was moderately busy at around 9:30 when we made it too the top, but going down WOW every 15 feed we saw new groups walking up. We brought our dog, and just the sheer number of ppl makes it impossible to do off leash, but overall this hike is great and very doable for pups. I recommend going earlier to beat the crowds.

Walk to the other side of the parking lot from this point and cross a paved road until you find the plaque which reads Rattlesnake Ledge Trail. It is approximately 5 minutes of walk (0.8 mile) from this trailhead.
Not that I know of. I believe everything is a day hike.
