Netspend card reload, two party checks, can I load a check from my sister '?

Netspend, Cash App, Varo, GreenDot, cards like that you can reload at customer service. I'm unsure what two party checks are but I'm sure if you give them a call they can answer that piece for you

I believe if you went in the store to customer service/money center. Now im not 100% positive on that. I've been going to Fred Meyer money center for cashing my check or send money.
