Does anyone ever answer the phone when you call or answer the emails you send them requesting assistance?

When i called i had to hit option 2 i stead of option 0 to get someone on the phone. Hope that helps.

I've had good service calling them. We called about a dog stuck in someone's car on a hot day during summer. They answered the call quickly and courteously. But with the virus they may be answering more slowly due to low staffing issues.
