A) never swimmable hotspring. Private property. B) there was no water st all Dec 2021. Its a horse / biking trail nearby, maybe nice place for a jog. But not for hot springs.

Is there overnight parking for RVs? Is bathing allowed in the springs? Are there any fees?

None of those are available. This hot spring is more like a small stream, it's behind a barbed wire fence.
