Horrible customer service. Always make the wrong drinks. When taking the order they’re always out of something and we have to pick something else after we paid. Save your time and go to a different Starbucks..

the people here are so sweet and I asked a women how much longer my food would be and she said “sorry not long” and she gave me an extra cake pop. I definitely suggest going here

Yousif Ddot

Asked for a dragon drink. First was handed a different customers drink then after putting it in my cup holder they said “wait can we have that back?” I gave it back and they gave me my “dragon drink” or in other words, water. The girl said “is something wrong with that?” to which I replied “I thought I ordered a dragon drink?” she said “yeah that’s gonna taste the same there’s just no dragonfruit in it so it’s not purple.” I repeated myself, saying this is not the drink I ordered and twice more she said “It tastes the same though.” I drove away with my 6 dollar water. A damper has been put on my day. (pretty sure the girl helping me was also the manager judging by the way she was talking down to the other employees.)
