Steel case is fine. Only 223 ammo. You have to use there ammo 223. I assume you ment hand gun ammo. They don't care what kind of cases you use.

I haven't had any issues using steel cased ammo. But I do know steel core ammo (ie: green tip) is a no go. If you're wanting to shoot an AR, you have to buy their 223 ammo.
