I’m a truck driver that goes to Kent Wa every trip and went to this shop to get into cycling I didn’t really know what I needed the owner set me up with this salsa rangefinder. They made sure I had everything I needed for the hobby and fitted me to this bike I’ve had the bike a little over a week have about 12 miles on it and love it. Very personable and didn’t make me feel intimidated as a novice very professional and made me feel confident with my purchase.

Yes, if you buy the bike there it's free if you are a walk in I'm not sure but while I was there a customer said they were there for a pick up after a tune up and he charged her like $20

Well, there are many Brands to choose from. The best advice is to visit a store that's available and take your partner. He may be your best advisor especially with riding experience. You may find helpful hints/ideas/suggestions online. Definitely make a visit!!!

Probably not, but you could ask. The company does need to stay in business. :) We have always found the staff here extremely helpful and reliable though. Their prices are very reasonable too. They have a love for cycling and want everyone riding.
