Maggie's on the Meeker, a true homegrown type of family owned establishment. Right in the center of the Historical part of Kent. Just recent had the opportunity to go in and have a late little breakfast. I ordered only the breakfast sandwich. English muffin, with fried egg, sausage patty, and cheddar cheese. With a cup of great "Farmers" the brand of Coffee. Sure it was a cup for $2.89 but they did keep filling the cup, and kept checking to make sure my cup was full. ☕😋 I really enjoyed my first visit, would love to return soon.

My wife and I went there this past Saturday morning for breakfast. It was the first time that we had ever eaten there. The restaurant was clean and provided space for social distancing while eating. The two waitresses who served us during the meal were each professional, courteous, friendly, and helpful. My wife and I each had the porker quiche and fresh fruit cup. The quiche was really good 😋! The fruit was fresh and had just the right amount of ripeness. We had a very nice, enjoyable dining experience and plan to return again.

Was so grateful we could have our anxiety group meeting here. Great atmosphere. I surprisingly didn't feel out of place as with most places in Seattle but then again it was Kent right 😁 way friendly staff 😅 will definitely bring my family next time I visit. Thanks for a wonderful experience awesome food.

Cute, tasty Cafe. Small town vibes. Service was super kind and warm, friendly. But Service was slow for this solo diner. It was as if because I was alone that I didn't matter as much as one of the huge families dining after church. I had to ask to be seated, ask for coffee, ask for water, a spoon, creamer, my check, a napkin and my to-go order. My waitress only took my order. Staff brought everything else and did all the rest of speaking to me. Sigh. Still, not enough to day it was bad service. Just rushed, I guess. Homemade quiche but they nuked it to heat it.

I would be concerned about food safety here. I have seen things that lead me to believe they can be rather cavalier as regards to health department regulations. You should check them out personally prior to making a decision.
Maggie's is following the state guidelines for restaurants. Highlights include staff wearing masks, guest seating is limited and spaced per guidelines and sanitizer is available. Sanitation is also increased between guest seating and single use menus. There is more but these are things that directly affect guests.
