I was traveling in the Seattle area for work and came down with a few concerning symptoms. After contacting my regular doctor back home it was decided a trip to an urgent care was probably the best route which is nerve racking as you never know what you’re getting into with an unknown care provider but I was out of state and needed care. A quick google search brought up this urgent care as the closest so I stopped in and was greeted at the door by staff who pointed me in the right direction. The waiting room was full of people so I knew there would be a wait which was no problem. The staff is a very diverse mix of people and they were happy to help in anyway possible. I was quickly checked in and placed in line and received a text message with a link letting me know where I was in line. I went to my car and began the waiting process and kept checking the cue to see where I was in line so I could head back inside when the time was close. After about an hour there were still two people in cue ahead of me and my phone rang from the clinic. I was told they had a room ready and to come back inside where I was immediately taken to the room and my vitals checked. A few minutes later the PA came in and asked a few questions and ran a quick test and determined the symptoms were what I suspected they were. She called in a script and I was back about my day with the total time being about two hours out of my day. I see there are some negative reviews about this place but they really did earn a five star rating not only with the treatment process but the staff interactions as well. Healthcare workers are overwhelmed trying to meet patients needs and a little common courtesy and patience go a long ways. Thank you to the entire staff today for a positive healthcare interaction!!!!

I went there, and the lady at the front desk turned me away. She said they only take state insurance, and not the insurance I have through my job. She turned me away. She didn’t even give me a option to pay out of pocket. This was terrible experience.

I was required to go there for a preemployment drug screen. First I went to the Seattle location and there was a paper sign on the door stating they were closed for the day. The next closest location was Kent, and by the time I arrived I was very ready to get my test done. I informed the desk people I really really really had to use the bathroom and was treated with complete indifference. After 10 minutes of waiting I inquired about how soon I could expect to wait and was only told yes I know you really have to go, with no time given. It appeared I was the only one waiting for a drug screen and was left waiting for more than 45 minutes. I could only sit in discomfort for so long and only made it about 15 min total. Lucky for me I was left waiting so long I had to go again by the time I was taken for the test. I wouldn’t go there even if my life depended on it, much less for something routine.

Everyone my son and I had to interact with was great with acknowledging both of us. Great attitudes from staff all around. We were in and out within an hour, that included seeing the nurse, doctor, having two X-rays done and seeing the doctor again. Very pleased with overall visit!!
