I bought my bike here a few years ago and even when I lived far from Kent, I wouldn't mind the drive because of the service and the people who owns and work there. Last month, I went in for a quick bike fit because of knee issues and after over hundred miles of ride, I haven't had any pain. Also bought a new seat recommended by them and so thankful I listened. Plus, I received great tips on triathlon. Awesome experience with NWTB.

A great Triathlon and Bike shop. I have been going there for about 5 years. Awesome customer service. I totally recommend Northwest Tri and Bike.

Really helpful, especially for a pair of newbies trying to figure out what gear to get for their first triathlon! Friendly and patient staff, who basically let us try on everything in the store! Great selection.

So helpful! My son is new to mountain biking and I managed to get him a new bike last week, which he was able to take out a couple of times, but then something wasn't right with the gears so we brought it in to see if they could help us. Even though the guys were clearly busy working on other equipment, one of them came over to talk to us right away, then took the bike over to have a look. In no time he found the problem with the gears and fixed it, then went thru the gears to make sure they were set right, and even took the time to make sure my son knew how to use the gears correctly and knew what gears were best for mountain biking plus what not to do! When I asked how much I owed him, there was no charge! Now that's customer care and service! We haven't had great experiences at other places (like Center Cycle or Tech), but this was! Northwest Tri & Bike just became our biking and gear store!

NWTB can get parts for lots of different bikes, but it's dependent on the brand and if manufacturer even sells spare parts. They do sell ebikes at NWTB so your best bet is to just call them and see if they can get a spare. They are very helpful there.
I think sometimes they'll take them in on trade. Your best bet would be to call them.. One place that I know that for sure buys used bikes is Recycled Cycles in Seattle.
