I would go to the place and tell them you are trying but getting no help on line
Walk in and ask politely. Busy folks, and many are volunteers.
They don't typically answer that over the phone you have to go in
I'm going to have to concur with the above answers, a walk in to the actual facility is going to yield better, and quicker, results.
I Would go down there in person and ask im shure they just got busy and have not gotten to it yet.
When we went there, place was packed with people. I could imagine them being too busy for phones or online correspondence. Walk in will most likely get more results
