Is there any way I can get my neighbors who own too many cats to make them keep their cats off my property? I've tried everything I can think that wouldnt hurt them but nothing has worked, would the humane society fine them or pick them up?donoth

This is definitely a question for animal control. The humane society just provides shelter for animals but it's not involved in the enforcement of any animal control.
