thanks larry! correct- as a foster based organization we do not have kennels waiting for stray animals. we also do not have a contract with the county allowing us this capacity even if we did. this is strictly animal control's authority and rescues like motley zoo are a second wave of defense due to foster based limitations- rarely the front lines as such ;)
