Went for an appointment for I-9 verification, but was told the notary was not available and would be in within 1 hour. Requested for a call back, but never being called in the next couple of hours.

Do NOT use this place. I rarely leave a negative review, but after 6 months of trying to pick up mail I am switching to another service. Today they lost a bundle of mail including Christmas packages and instead of trying to find it, they claimed I picked it up in November, even though all the missing items were delivered by USPS to them in the month of December. I am extremely frustrated and left without recourse. This feels very wrong to me. Dec 30 Update - store owner found a bag of my mail in a corner and delivered it to me.

Great customer service. This is the reason why I've visited them twice already. I used their service for notary, photos, printouts & shipping at no hidden costs. As an added bonus, I got free consultation. The owner, Harsha Patel, is very knowledgeable. She'd be a great asset for someone seeking help & guidance for Indian passport, bank account, and/or visa applications. Moreover, their store is doing a good job to take precautionary measures against Covid-19. They've proper screening & guidelines in place to maintain social distancing.
