Our family experience was okay. Once we entered the restaurant & the waitress took our drink order. We had more ice than drink (forgot to take pic). Everyone's food was on time except my husband. His food took @ least 30mins after we have been sitting for 25-30mins. The was fresh & fulfilling. The waitress did not follow up to ensure we had drinks consistently. We had to ask another waitress to get our waitress attention so we can get refills. Then she seemed a little frustrated after coming to our table when asked for refills & refills on condiments. Overall, food was okay but service was not so great. We probably will not return to this location but we may try another. Also, there health inspection score has NOT been updated since 4/21/2021. We hope they maintain the 90 something since food experience was postive.

Ordered a meal for lunch and paid extra upcharge for one of the sides. Get home and of course I didn't have that item and instead had something different that I didn't even order. It would have been different if they were busy but they maybe had 2 or 3 tables in the building at lunch time. Food was good but service needs to be better.

This is just sad. This restaurant should closed for poor customer service, not enough staff. The food was horrible. They gave me cold spicy cajun pasta with no shrimp so I asked them to do it again and this time they added the shrimp with no spices at all. The drinks were horrible and the restaurant was under staffed. Never again! We have been asking for the final bill for more than 20 minutes and had to go upfront to physically demand a bill before leaving.

I'll top that. I called spoke to a manager and verified the one server who always takes care of me, my wife and my family would be there.. I called 6hours ahead. Got there to find out he was on vacation. Birthday is ruined already! 15minutes later our server arrives. 45 minutes later our food arrives (same as appetizers, slightly after all drunks finally reach the table ) 10 minutes later our check was there. Maybe if we ordered the check instead of food we would've had timely service. And the host had the nerve to tell us she was the shift leader. I see where she led that shift, right to the trash.
Hi, went to this TGIF and was seated pretty quickly. Waited about 10 to 15 minutes and no waitress. Finally a manager came over and asked If we had been waited on. He immediately took our drink order. We finally got a waitress who took our orders. Finally got our food and of course one of the orders was wrong. They made the corrections. Two of us had our food, but it took another wait time for the other two meals to come out. The chicken shrimp pasta was horrid and need to be taken off the menu. The romaine lettuce was fresh, but the iceberg was a mess. The server who brought out our food was more attentive to our party than the waitress. She did most everything for our table. Definitely need new waitresses. Everyone was kind, but terrible service. I so wish we would another place to celebrate my granddaughters BIRTHDAY. I even told the waitress it was her birthday and no response. We drove a distance for these shenanigans. Thanks Tabbie
The service can be bad at times but the food is good so I definitely recommend this restaurant
