One of the worst customer service. I wish google allows us to provide 0 stars. We went to urgent care (floor 3) and after all check ups they recommend to go Emergency and a nurse assisted until emergency lobby ( floor 2)and specifically asked us to sit and they will call us inside. Even after 45 mins, no one called us for treatment. When checked at front desk, they mentioned that we have to check in again. Then why did nurse told us that they already know we are there. They don’t understand the patients health severity and how to value their time. Finally after waiting for 2+ hrs, we walked of that place as still there is no ETA. Many patients were coming in but there is not enough seating or reception available to register, they couldn’t wait too. It is worth to have a dashboard in lobby showing ETA.

I’m very grateful for the care I received today. In a total of 50mins from when I left my car I was seen by a very kind PA Matthew, had X rays taken and the results interpreted, as well as a brace fitted and a referral in my hand, ready to go. My wait time was zero which was reflected on the website’s estimate. All my questions were answered and every staff member I interacted with was friendly and attentive. My turnaround time was quick but I never felt rushed. By far the best urgent care or ER experience I’ve ever had. Thank you to the team!!

Always my go to place for any urgent medical attention for my family. The entire team (doctors, medical assistants, front office) is very courteous and makes sure the entire experience is comfortable. And I have received the same excellent care and attention every time I have visited. Highly recommend.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. I had barely any wait and the urgent care doc was both patient and gentle in treating and bandaging my very painful wound. He made sure to have all items ready before starting so the process went as quickly and painlessly as possible while explaining each step of the way. The entire experience was top notch.
