Three times now I’ve attempted to return items and they tell me the tags don’t match the items so I asked them to check that it matches before I am charged for an item next time and the guy says he can’t. Makes zero sense, if their employees mistag items that I am not able to return them. Additionally, I told the cashier I purchased two shirts of the same style (which implies there are multiple) and I kept one, so they could have easily solved this by looking at their floor inventory for a similar shirt. No problem solving, just accusations. There are cameras above all the registers as well, make use of the surveillance instead of penalizing innocent patrons and/or check tags for item matches before you charge people for them.

There's tons of Rae Dunn stuff here and other cozy looking decor! The employees were helpful and friendly. The store was clean without anything on the floors that I saw (which is highly impressive in itself). I probably could've stayed in there for hours but I forced myself to get out. Plus, they were about to close.

This Marshalls has too less options compared to other Marshall’s. It’s very smaller too. Quality of goods is okay and we visit it quite often. It’s nearby other shopping malls and restaurants.
