It's a best place for the rent if you you are around Bellevue, Redmond area. Management is so good and property is well maintained. Any service request is done in no time. You will get good neighbors. You really won't miss the family if you stay at the Colony at Beat Creek.

My family and I have lived here for over 5 years and we've comfortably come to call this place our home. The property is always kept tidy and the staff is very attentive and friendly. Monica and Fack are two of the best managers I've ever interacted with. The maintenance staff is very talented and professional and work orders are completed in a very timely manner. We are lucky to have found this place and the people who run all the operations of this property.

My family and I have lived here at the Colony for about 5 months now, and the experience has been super great! The management and staff are great people, they are humble, kind, and friendly. They make sure they give you the best service ever! We like our apartment and the community is awesome (friendly people and it looks so beautiful...very well maintained). I'd highly recommend it to anyone!

I've lived in this complex for quite some time. I've always felt home and comfortable in this complex. It's close to tons of shopping, quite a bit within 20 minutes walk in either direction. Great access to 520, although Avondale can be horrid in the morning rush hours (always good to acquaint with the side streets). The complex itself is a bit older but they do a good job of upkeep on the grounds and the apartment (recently having replaced all of the windows in all apartments, etc). Anytime I've put in a maintenance request, the maintenance staff are always timely and friendly. The Front Office is also great. Monica Aziz and Fak have always been very friendly, cordial, and replied to my requests/questions in a timely fashion.
