The bikes are provided by the Go Transit program and JBLM Sustainability program. They can be checked for short term or long term. They come with locks, helmet and reflective belt.

Yes u can sign them out
Provided you are active duty military or have verifiable Veteran status as Andrew says sign out bikes and other assorted recreational equipment.
You do not have to rent them you can sign them out
