This is the possibly the worst USPS office ever. The customer service is always horrible and the clerk always has a bad attitude like she doesn’t want to be there. She treats customers like they are trash through her body language and facial expressions. The hours are from 9:30am to 4:30pm but the office is close for 1.5 hours out of the day for breaks/lunch. I got there at 4:15pm on 12/15/21 to check if my package was there so I could get a receipt but she was just rude and had a nasty vibe that made me regretted for going there. One star rating is too high for this place.

The lady who works there, (the big black lady with the hair wrap) is without a doubt one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. No kindness in her manner or tone. It’s evident she hates her job and the people who walk through the door. She needs to learn that HOW you say or ask something is more important than WHAT is being said or asked. This is a very basic social rule of which she was clearly not taught. I hope I never have to go there again.

Pay 10% more and go to the UPS store just outside the gate — this post office can’t even do packages, is understaffed, over worked, and has no desire/intent to get better. Almost a tease to even have this shack with a USPS sign on it, as if it is functioning for more than mailboxes and money orders.
