It's a nice facility with lots of equipment. My problem is it's so hot in there and that makes it smell like urine. The parent child room has no airflow and the child area could be better put together.

Love using the 24hr access. Wish the crossfit area was open during those hours though.

This establishment is extremely well organized and has quite a few machines that most wouldn't be too familiar too. I know I've never seen the Jacob's Ladder in a gym before; nonetheless, I had fun messing with and climbing on the thing. It goes without saying that I appreciate this place.

Yes, there is Sheridan Gym for pick up games. It is on Stryker Ave on Main Post. There is also Soldiers Field House on Main Post that has 4 courts
Wilson gym is available to active duty, national guard and reserves. In addition, family members with a dependent ID card may access the facility. Just present ID at the front desk.

Not that I recall. McVeigh or Jenson on main post might have a heavy bag.
I would say Wilson is tied with soldiers field house, but the latter is more spread out. As you're into power lifting and not cross fit, disregard the last post.
