It is more important than encouraging people and reaching out a Goal and good example one anothers . And where responsibility goes where to grow and lean on LordJesusChrist bless him and every City be Strong and healthy be humble.

It is close to an acre for the dogs to run on for chasing the ball. There are 2 off leash areas. I'm a veteran and have full base access and take advantage of these 2 areas. Both are close to I5 but dogs don't care. Great place for me and the dogs yo exercise

This is my 8th duty station in the last 17 years and ranks at the top for state side duty stations. I have been here for two years come October 1st. Weather: nearly 5 months of nice weather (end of April to first of September); so for those who say it rains all the time look outside! Now the other 7 months not much sun at all and rains like most of the comments state but you cannot let the weather make decisions for you during this time of year. Not much snow since I have been here as well. Last year my son and I made a snowman on one day and it was completely melted 2 days later. Summer is awesome! There are so many festivals, events, and other activities to do in this area (Google search or ITR). If the other comments say there are none then they stay home all day and have a personality different from someone who likes to have fun. You can travel to different islands, Canada, and other states in the area very easy. Someone posted a crime comment about their GF which is very sad and I hope the Soldiers that did it spend a long time behind bars. There is crime every place you go and in every population including the military. If we didn’t have crime there would be no need for CID agents, military police, and investigators on post. We still have a lot of trouble makers in the military due to the surge of Soldiers for war. Now as you can see from all the cuts in the officer and enlisted ranks plus low reenlistment options we are trying to get back the basics which we lost when the standards dropped. If you have to come here make the best of it and get out to do things. My top 3 state side stations are San Antonio, Fort Carson and here!

Yes, information can be found here. https://jblm.armymwr.com/programs/travel-camp-and-cabins
That is a good question. I have been told that National Guard are able to. Thus you would think DOD employees would be able as well. It is worth looking into.
Yes they have all brands
Via visitors center.
I've never seen one, but they're banks you can get foreign currency but normally you have to give them a couple days for them to get it. SeaTac airport has one but from you get a terrible exchange rate.
Prices are a lot cheaper at the commissary than outside but does not always have the products you need (such as variety on meats)
