I plan on traveling to the east but I have two emotional dogs with me. Can I bring both of them? If so, what papers do I need and how much would it be to bring them? They are well behaved.

You can travel with pets. One per person 25lbs or less including carrier and they can only travel up to 7 hrs. Then you have to deboard, and reboard the following day. 24 hrs. You can double check the website Www.amtrak.com or call 1-800-USA-RAIL
