Best dentist I've ever had. I've been coming to Union Street Dental for a couple years. The staff always goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, and they're very Covid safe and willing to schedule early appointments for immune compromised patients. They offer best possible experience everytime, whether it's a cleaning, a filling, or wisdom tooth removal.

This review is for my straightening and whitening experiences. Other than that I love the atmosphere, the vibes, the friendly staffs there. Dr Yen did a great job filling one of my chipped front tooth. Other services, i feel like she let the on training staffs practiced on me. Maybe I am wrong, but I think some of the outcomes should be better. * For the straightening: one of my front tooth was a bit out of line compared to the other. it was my most concern when deciding to do the service. After 12 months wearing Invisalign trays. I was ok with the result. It doesn’t look perfect straight but much better than before for sure. Then after 2 days wearing retainer trays that front tooth started moving out of line, created a bit gap with the other one. I put my old trays back on to see what happen. After one night that tooth moved back close that gap. Retainers are supposed to keep teeth in order, but it did the opposite in my case. * For the whitening: I did the in office whitening. The hygienist told me that teeth will be more white after 3 days or so. For all sort kind of drinks, I drink tea so I avoided it, waiting for the better, brighter teeth but what I saw was dots/white dots on my front teeth. Clearly the whitening was not evenly all over my teeth at all. Result was not what I expected. So sad 😞. Photos added before and after straightening and whitening. *Updated: After learning about my unsatisfying. Dr. Yen called me and brought me in. She explained and gave me solutions that makes sure that I’ll be happy in the end. I highly graded her willingness to adjust the unhappiness from a client very quickly.

The best dental office I've ever been to. Exceeded any possible expectations. From the moment you enter, it's clean, stylish, and spacious. Everyone treats you kindly. Every single professional I worked with there is thoughtful, passionate, and comprehensive. They spend quite a bit of time with you, and Dr. Yen comes in with an aura of warmth, giving you dental and life advice. Very different from the typical busy, efficient office. And, as a nice bonus, the intake form has you select your favorite music, if you want music playing, and your favorite shows... which you can watch as your teeth get inspected and cleaned! Really a wonderful office full of fantastic people.
