Outflow determines inflow. VA VOCREHAB Counselor is as effective as how much you bring onto the table, namely attitude, sometimes. To put it in another way, It takes two to tango., 50/50.

Its been two months since my last payment. They said they couldnt find me but i continue to call and give them my info. Now Im sitting here hoping it come in on time so i dont have to sleep out in the streets. You would think because of my situation they would try and push it faster. Sooo slow, now i see why Vets go crazy.

You can if you are registered with the VA. Otherwise, you could try the National Personnel Records Center.

I'm trying to get into vocational rehab and I qualify, but I can never get through the phone line and the colleges seemed to not to be able to get me through. Is there a different way I can get Into vocational rehab by just going to the va

Voc rehab office is on the 13th floor of the federal building, I believe they're open at 8 to 4. You can fill out an application there.

Who so I talk to about the unfairness of taking away 40% of his military retirement for recoupness?

The VA is thorough on their investigations into benefits eligibility, sometimes after the fact. Please refer to any letters they sent you to appeal their decision.
