If I can't race or just have "Illegal parts to my engine", i'll just go to "Mexico" and race there and I might just have to ride through Cali with Radar Detectors.Loud Exhaust. ... Bro Trucks. ... Lowriders. ... Under Body Neons. ... Emissions Removed. ... Headlights/Taillights Modified. ... Super Dark Tint. My GTR just might not have a muffler and just ride around in Bro trucks. Just maybe in "Mexico".

Is this the place you call when the Apts you live in force you to keep your trash in your apt till the dumpster empty? 6 to 8 buildings with 10 Apts uses 1 dumpster . And the dumpster is over loaded with trash. Are the rats going to start coming?

I think you would call the city health department and housing department. You might be able to lodge a complaint on line as well. Carefully document the actions you take to resolve the issue, noting the names and dates of everyone you communicate with.
