Years ago I would come here fairly regularly. Was in the mood for a country fried steak and thought to stop by for brunch. I hope that I had just caught them on an off-day and that they haven't actually declined, but I wasn't impressed. Got there after the brunch rush when things were slowing down but even so, our food was lukewarm and the bagels were so hard and stale you could chip a tooth on them. Maybe I'll give them another chance sometime, but knowing what they were before compared to what I had experienced my last time there, I don't have a huge motivation to go back anytime soon.

Eat here for breakfast but grab your coffee a few doors down at Cafe Ladro. Roxy’s has a standard diner menu and the food was tasty. I ordered an egg bagel with veggies and my sister had a bagel with cream cheese and lox. All of it was good 👍🏽👍🏽 I saw that the owner is from NJ (where I am also from) and he definitely captured the best parts of the old skool diner atmosphere. Here’s why it doesn’t get five stars: (1) why is the coffee so bad? Clean those coffee pots guys 🧼 or just get some drip from one of the excellent coffee shops around the corner. (2) make some updates. It feel like they haven’t tried anything new since 2004. Consider stocking oat or almond milk (I would be willing to pay for it). There is no competition for a hot breakfast in the area and Roxy’s needs a push to do better.

Cool interior. Ordered chicken fried steak, eggs, with tots, and bagel. The tater tots were not warm.

Walking from Ballard to Fremont Monday morning with breakfast on my mind beyond coffee and pastries: the dish, closed, Norm's, closed. Thank God for Roxy's! Now open 7 days a week, killer coffee and breakfast all day. I had the corned beef with potatoes, veggies and poached eggs and everything bagel. Excellent! Oh yes and the Bloody Mary was bloody good!

Unlikely.
We are diligent. But we are only serving in our sister restaurant nextdoor, Norm's Eatery & Alehouse. We reopen tomorrow. Thanks Peter
Roxy's Diner menu is available at our sister restaurant, Norm's Eatery & Alehouse, right next door. Daily hours: 10am-9pm with Sat & Sun open at 9am. Thanks
Not that far, depends on the delivery service to be honest. Roxy's doesn't have their own driver for deliveries.
