EXTREMELY unprofessional, we ended services Dec 26. Jeff sent an invoice that I questioned since I believed he had previously billed me before for that month of service. I had requested all invoices from previous months of service and he failed to send any. He then went into my bank account in January without authorization to pull the money out himself after our services have ended. That is theft and a police report has been filed.
