The owners Mantra and Jerome are down to earth people. My family and I were here for 10 months during a transition. We felt more than welcome. No worries about safety, it is beyond well kept. Convenience. You are close to everything you may possibly need. If I am ever in the area again I would not hesitate to call them. Also, couldn't ask for better neighbors.

Have been there a number of times. If you are a NASCAR fan, or a fan of any other event put on by the Charlotte Motor Speedway this is the place to be. If you are looking for a resort type campground with swimming pool, tennis courts, and a club house Ver-El is not for you. If you are looking for a well maintained, clean safe campground at a fair price Ver-El is for you. The grounds are lit at night, cameras throughout the facility. It is family run by friendly caring owner's and employees. Fellow campers are extremely friendly. A mix of short and long term residents.
