Horrible experience, no matter which office I went to. Never would refill my medications on time, poor communication. If the doctor (I had Dr. Reames) wanted to discuss your labs with you, they personally won’t do it and instead send the nurses to do it. Would also try sending you to doctors you don’t even need! Never stepping foot in another Atrium Endocrinology clinic again.

This medical practice is a perfect example as to why Google needs to allow ZERO star ratings.

UPDATED: I had already called the phone # (in their response below) to discuss this issue with them. Person I spoke to was friendly - but they have no explanation for why this facility is having troubles or why the Atrium Blue messaging is not working. A patient should be able to communicate with their physician/staff. I have been a patient here for a few years now and a year ago, I would have given them 4 or 5 stars. However, something is going on with this place lately. Not sure if it is just the staff or (more likely) the administration. Things really began to spiral when Atrium switched to "My Blue" which is not a good system. We used to be able to request prescription refills by selecting on our physician and the medication with instructions and by the next day, our prescription was being filled. However, with the new Atrium in Blue messaging - none of the physicians at this facility are even listed. There is a whole other temporary process to get prescriptions filled and I am witnessing that these other messages are not even being read until over a week later. I even followed the instructions provided to me by an admin of the My Atrium Health site. We have several medications that are due very soon and it does not appear that the Concord office is reading the requests on a regular basis. Not sure that Atrium understands that patient care is not just when one is spending 15 minutes with the physician - it involves the ability to clearly communicate with the physicians and staff throughout the year as well. My physician and her nurses know what they are doing - but why are messages not getting to them? Hopefully people are not having to scale back their medications to allow for prescription refill requests to be addressed. By the way, this office does not respond to pharmacy refill requests either. Go figure.
