I genuinely feel that NO ONE understood the reason for my visits. My time was NOT valued nor respected. My appointment was at 10:00am for an Invisalign Consultation Only. Two people with 10:30am appts came around 10:22-10:25am, then were called to the back. I was called around 10:40am. I was asked to do X-rays . I asked is it the scan for the Invisalign? I was told yes and no. I advised I just had a deep gum cleaning and exam including X-rays at my dentist. Instead of requesting my X-rays we took new ones, I also just had fillings done so this was painful. Then someone else comes in Angela. Advises me of a gum check. I immediately said I just did an Intense Gum Cleaning at my original Dentist, I am Only here for the Invisalign Consultation. She tells the other girl to write down Invisalign and she’ll let the Dr. know. I asked, Did y’all have my appointment and details? I was seen Late, and we are doing thing I already completed this past Friday with my Dentist, I am here just for the Invisalign Consultation and Scan. She still went and did a gum check , while my gums are SO SENSITIVE STILL! I was so upset and just wanted to walk out. By the time the Dr. came it was 11:50am something, just to say I need to go to an Orthodontist! Then the payment lady walks in and says my insurance isn’t active. So I pulled up my app showed my virtual Insurance Card showing the status of Active, and she makes me WAIT and call the customer service together for them to tell her it’s Active. This Experience was a Complete Nightmare
