DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. This place should be shut down. I arrived for my appointment only to find out my eye doctor left 3 months ago (never mentioned when the appointment was made or confirmed) and I would have a "Telehealth appointment" with some unknown person. For an eye exam? You have got to be kidding! The frames remaining on the shelves looked like leftover stock from the 70s and they were using IPads because their computers were confiscated. Sound suspicious? And they would not release my records from the 5 years I have gone there. Disgraceful and probably a scam.

I work out of town during the week and went to Visionworks on Labor day. They had reduced hours of operation from 10am to 4pm. Upon arrival at 11:03am, I was greeted with a handwritten sign that said Closed for Lunch. It would have been nice for them to post a closure online, so customers wouldn't waste their time driving there. And, a lunch closure an hour after opening???

Do not schedule your eye appointment here. I showed up and there's no doctor. They do all their visits with telehealth which is so strange. They couldn't even find me in their schedule although I had booked online. The staff was nice but I would never come here again. I wasted an hour just trying to get them to find my insurance to then find out there's no real eye exam.

Easy to work with. Helped find the glasses I had been looking for. Great experience
