Dr. Hobbs is incredible! I've never had a physician take the care that he took to answer my questions and to explain what was happening during my daughters eye exams. Beyond him being knowledgeable and thorough, Dr. Hobbs was eager to help me understand and to provide education. My children and I felt respected, and valued as patients. It's easy to see that he's passionate about eye care, and genuinely loves what he does.

I am beside myself, I am so disappointed / angry. I wish there was a way to give zero stars. The glasses have taken months to arrive but that is not the issue. I refused them the first time for grossly inferior, incorrect product. I wear trifocals and it is a necessity because of my profession. I was extremely explicit about the requirements of my profession at the time I was ordering the glasses, and pointed out the special considerations I required, as demonstrated by my current glasses.. I've been wearing trifocals for almost 30 years. I'm well aware of how trifocals are supposed to look, and fit the field of vision. For the second time, the edge of the trifocals comes right through my field of vision. The corrective lens portion is so narrow that I have no peripheral vision at all. I would have to be cross eyed to focus through these tiny trifocals adjacent to my nose! Not only will I not be able to do my job, I will not be able to safely drive. I am appalled. I sent them back the first time for the same problem. My insurance has not changed. That was the excuse I read on the response to another patient’s unsatisfactory experience. I have Spectra. I have had Spectra most of my trifocal life. I have never been handed such a completely unusable product, for such an outrageous price. I will be returning these and requesting a full refund. I will take my prescription and go elsewhere. The exam and the physicians were thorough and appropriate, and the staff was pleasant. However, it is now May and I still do not have usable glasses. I am in somewhat disbelief that they would try to pass off the same inexcusably unsatisfactory product twice!

Do not go here at all costs, or it will cost you in the long run. Fair warning! (I received an email claiming this is a fake account so I wanted to address this for the public to see that it is not. Everyone has a right to privacy and not list their full name or use their work email to leave reviews as well.) I do not recommend this place at all. There are better alternatives with staff that will treat you like a human vs a profit.

Yes, we are providers for that. To clarify, your bright health is the medical portion of your insurance coverage. The vision insurance, if you added that, will be subcontracted either through VSP or Eyemed. If you call our office, our staff would be happy to look up your exact benefits for you.
