Held on phone for 25 minutes to be told there was no on call doctor for a weekend prescription need on an unexpected flair up. Service is not at the top of the list at this practice.

I requested a doctors note on a Monday, it was Friday and it didn’t come on the mail. I called several times and left messages to pick the letter up at the office after lunch. I did not receive a phone call back. I called one more time and spoke to the call center and they stated- they know you have called. decided to just show up.., still no letter … I have been waiting for 20 minutes and nothing… it should not take this long to print a letter

I see Dr Ashley Greene at northeast rheumatology. I like her. She follows up with me. If I email her pictures of my fingers or ask questions she answers, makes suggestions, and listens to what I want. I didn't want to try medication due to side effects but it became necessary. If you don't want to see her there are other doctors at that practice. Good luck
