My experience with the surgery center during my procedure wasn’t bad but still struggling to get caught up on bills from Covid, a severe car accident, and cancer treatments and then having a sheriff show up at my house to deliver a summons where the surgery center is suing me over my bill is absolutely insane.

Do NOT bring your child here for any sort of procedure that requires anesthesia. They warned me my little one would be confused and agitated when he woke up in recovery and I was mentally prepared for that. What I wasn’t prepared for was the fact that they would kick me out after 5 minutes of him screaming as he’s still waking up from anesthesia. “We think it would be better if you left” is what the nurse said, as the rest of the staff was giving me judging looks. So I went outside in 90°+ weather with a screaming 1 year old who took another 25 minutes to calm down. They’re a surgery factory and need the recovery bed for the next payday. I would not recommend this facility at all, even for adults, due to their lack of empathy and putting their bottom line before patient wellbeing.

Fantastic Service!! Much Better than What I have Experienced From The Main Hospital. Truly Recommend Asking your Doctor if Any Outpatient Surgery Can Be Done Here if In the Concord Area of N.C.
