This vet is extremely rude and don’t give a single care in the world for your pet even in emergancy situations. I had an emergency this morning with my dog, who is a patient there and has been for 11 years now, and when we called to see if they can get her in to see what was going on they were more worried about how they were only doing a half day today and wouldn’t have time to get her in. After being so rude we let them know that we will not be coming back and still couldn’t care less. I 100% DO NOT recommend this vet if you’re looking to go here for any reason. If I could give no stars I would.

Dr. Anderson was awesome, along with his staff and very affordable cost! My Mini-Schnauzer, Jackson and I were having an issue! I briefly explained what was going on and Dr. Anderson understood my frustration! He addressed his thoughts to me quite quickly, in a very down to my level way and showed me how to resolve this unaccepted behavior! I now have this behavior understood, as to why Jackson was acting as he was and am working on Dr. Anderson's suggestions in correcting him!! Jackson's behavior was excellent with Dr. Anderson, along with staff, which told me Jackson was very comfortable at this place of business! Thank you all for your understanding, compassion, explaination as to why Jackson was not as he once was! You taught me how to correct the problem!! Thank you to all, Owner and Jackson. :)

Only place I'd take my big boy!! The staff love all their clientele and their families! I drove up here from Concord because the care is so good! The prices are reasonable too! You and your pet will love it here!!!
