Absolutely top notch venue in the heart of Seattle! We had the pleasure of helping produce immersive projection mapping and lighting for a number of events including Manatee Commune's "On Ice" performance in 2018 and the place is absolutely perfect for a great show. Love the balcony and the architecture of the place as well!

First time here for a show myself and my wife's first concert ever! Had blast seeing Mayday Parade, Real Friends, and Magnolia Park. Great sound and lighting combined with an authentic feel for live, loud music made this an absolutely great experience.

Great venue, the building is awesome and the staff is always really nice! They've got upstairs seating with a wonderful view or you can stand in front of the stage. We got to see Shakey this time!! π€π€πΈ

Came here to watch Andrew McMahon's Three Piano Tour here!! It felt nice and intimate- the perfect little theater for a group of adoring fans. Standing room on the 1st floor for this concert and then built in seats on the top floor. I loved my view from the raised platform!!! Even a short person like me could see!

Depends on the act! Sometimes its standing sometimes theres chairs. Balcony always has seats.
Yes, main floor and if intrepid, the balcony. Staff are the best.
If you want to be able to sit, come at least an hour early to stand in line. If you don't care about that and are ok with standing room, no need to be real early.
Yes, make sure you bring all the monies, you will need it
Kaman Hayes. I believe that they prefer a small bag or small purse. However, I seen everything from back packs to sling bags big purses.... You name it
From their website; "Current as of June 13, 2022: Our top priority continues to be the safety of our audiences, artists, volunteers, staff, and the community. Depends on the show. There are areas that are 21+
Graduate Seattle
Fixed lens camera's and cell phone camera's only. No detachable or changeable lens camera's. This is now the standard at almost all events for what they say are safety concerns, though I don't buy that reason.
Security will check it, but not sure there's a size limit
Pretty sure you can bring sling bags. They might search it but I would say yes
There are multiple paid parking lots near the venue, as well as street parking, but street parking tends to go quickly. It's right by tf college and a popular part of town, so you might get lucky and score street parking, but don't hinge your plans on it.
There is seating on the mezzanine. The floor is usually open to dance
No. Like Michael said there is street parking (and also a parking lot nearby).
Opening acts vary in length of performance, it can be anywhere from 30-90 minutes.
Don't know if they've done anything. But I think the acoustics are very good. It was built as a theater after all.
There is a good public parking lot about a block and a half north of Neptune.
No drinks
Yes, you can. If the show isn't sold out.
In the evenings, for shows, I prefer to park a block or two north of 45th. The streets are well lit, there are several banks to get cash along the way. South of 45th is generally more residential and less available parking.
