Fixed lens camera's and cell phone camera's only. No detachable or changeable lens camera's. This is now the standard at almost all events for what they say are safety concerns, though I don't buy that reason.
Yes you can, tell them you are on call and can't talk about your work...

For when i was there we werent allowed to use them at all
Usually phones and small ones but not professional type cameras
