There is a area for anyone that needs assistance southeast corner of the station. If you are there, station employee will come to you.
Hi. This is a very nice station with people there to help. Just ask anyone there. They announce out loud, more than once the instructions. They also have a lit up board to watch with train times. More than that, you can easily see the trains here. Do you know how to check current train times on their Web site? I can provide instructions if you need them. You can ask for assistance from the Amtrak employees who can seat you with passengers who are all boarding your train. When it's time to board they will line you up to board.
