Our studios start at $3,620/month and our 1-bedrooms start at $3,925/month, with a $6,500 community fee. These fees include vibrant life enrichment programs, daily courtesy check-in, weekly light housekeeping and linen service, all utilities (except telephone and internet), Comcast Cable HD Digital Starter Package, two meals per day, scheduled group transportation, and access to our Wellness Center.
