Hi Marlene, thank you for your question. There is no entrance or buy-in fee at Ida Culver House Broadview. We do have a fully refundable fee to get on our waitlist that you can put toward your rent as well as a community fee of $5,000 when you move in. There is a deposit fee. Is that what you mean? At least that is how it was at one of their sister locations that my grandmother lived in. But these questions don't go to staff members so using their website form or calling might get a specific answer.
