I moved here about two months ago. Clean, friendly and safe. Management is responsive and interacts well with tenants. About half a mile from Fred Meyers and if you can drive, anything, everything is within 8 miles.

Savoy not responding to inquiries about why deposit has not been returned as promised by manager. problem We moved out July 12th with immediate final inspection by the head manager. We were told that we receive $1,508.87 We received 340.00 a week later with no explanation about the balance. According to the ledger our base rent refund should have been $967.74 for 15 day. Garage refund $36.39 and rental insurance $4.84. The company bill back base rent, insurance and garage but has Pet rent. On top of that, we were charged a cleaning fee of $75 and $85 for carpet. We cleaned and vacuum. The head manager informed us not to worry about shampooing the carpet. Our refund total was $340.00. In reality we should be paid for 19 days. In reality we stayed a total of 3 months out of 13 months. No one is returning our calls. It is now Sept 5, with no contact. Pros-the facility is nice. Cable not that good. I have traveled and lived in many states and countries, I have never experienced a housing management group that treats their renters this way. The most irritating is the willful ignoring of all of our attempts to communicate with you. I am assessing the options that are available to get you to return our money. “ we are not going away” I really enjoyed staying there and it’s a shame to end up with this as a memory for The Savoy Apartments of Seattle Washington
