Parking is very poor, the parking they have, most of it is used by and reserved for the training site for the city. The elevactors are put of service couple times a month. The rent is over priced and they got the nerve to Jack up the rent when ever they can. The garage in building A has flooded a number of times. I would not recommend leaving your elders in such a place. The parking seems as if they are trying to keep you from visiting with such poor availability. Don't live here.

While the studio that my friend is in is nice and comfortable the maintenance service is lacking. When I visit it is I who usually have to "fix" things. On the last visit her heat lamp in the bathroom had been flickering and then stopped then came on. She had been waiting 5 days for someone to show up. I turned the bulb and it stayed on and was fine. Over time it had become loose and that is that was required....to be tightened!

I am really disappointed to find only a couple of VERY outdated reviews. I have been here over 2 years and love it more each day. The current managers, Dave and Pam, live here and consider themselves neighbors. They bring years of successful management to their job. The facility is outstanding, the diversity and quality of my friends and neighbors is outstanding. The range of available activities, included in my rent, are unequaled. The three shuttle van drivers bring a commitment to their job that makes each trip with them (shopping, activities, senior center dinners, etc.) a delight. Yes, there are over 500 folks here, and like other communities, there are always a small percentage who will never be happy, regardless of where they live. Please come and take a look for yourself. I am totally independent, yet surrounded by a community of wonderful folks. If this is the environment that needs your needs, you will find a welcoming and warm community.
