Ok, the city is installing a new sewer pipe up to I90. It is suppose to be complete by April 2018. They plan to "pull" the pipe through a pre - bored tunnel. Right, that'll work.
Don't know, unless they mark off an area for swimming or letting boats know to slow down, no wake zone
